Salt Lake City, UT – GlobalSim, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently contracted with the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) to provide multiple training simulators to be delivered in the first half of 2018.“
Military projects such as this are a big component of our business – it’s what we do best” remarks Jonathan McCurdy, CEO and President of GlobalSim. “We’ve been planning this USARC project for some time – our team is excited and ready to build these simulators. They’ll undoubtedly be a great training tool for the US Army Reserve Command.”
GlobalSim will deliver JLG Atlas II telehandler forklift simulators and Kalmar RT240 rough terrain container handler simulators. These units will be constructed at the company headquarters in Salt Lake City and will be delivered to multiple army training sites in the continental United States.
The simulators will each include operator controls from the original equipment manufacturers, large flat panel displays, motion systems, and full instructor stations for interactive training. GlobalSim’s popular scenario editor and student database will be included as well.
