GlobalSim Announces Intro System

GlobalSim is pleased to announce a new entry-level simulator called the Intro System.  This new product is an affordable simulator with a wide array of options. The system can be purchased as a stand-alone or can be combined with multiple units to create a classroom training environment. "We are excited about this new simulator as cost friendly option " says Jonathan McCurdy, GlobalSim President and CEO. "Our focus has long been on our premium level simulators, many of which cost hundreds-of-thousands of dollars. We believe the Intro system is an excellent training option for organizations large and small that may not have previously considered a GlobalSim simulator.  The Intro is highly affordable, even for schools and smaller training centers. The quality of simulation training you get for the price is outstanding." The Intro system replaces GlobalSim's desktop product and offers a variety of options that were previously unavailable . A Virtual Reality Add-on (though not required) is a highly recommend option. Customers can also choose to add premium controls or even a full-featured instruction station where organizations can create their own scenarios and curriculum. Customers can select between three different software packages to load onto the Intro System. The Construction Cranes Package includes a Tower Crane, Mobile Lattice Crane, and Hydraulic Telescopic Crane. The Industrial Cranes Package includes an Overhead Crane, and Bridge Crane with side cabin, and Bridge Crane with trolley cabin. A Port Cranes Package includes a Ship-to-Shore Crane (STS), Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG), and Ship Pedestal Crane. Pricing for the Intro System starts around USD $10,000.  The system is sold on a subscription based model with an unlimited number of user accounts per simulator.  For more information contact the GlobalSim Sales Team.
